This is a little video I shot of the Winay Wayna ruin where we camped for the night on Day 3. We hiked in the rain all day and shortly after we got to camp the rain stopped so we hiked about 10 minutes to this ruin. This gives a great perspective as to how ingenious the Incas were in that they could turn a steep hillside into something useful where they could live and grow crops.
Here's another little video looking down on Machu Picchu from above as we were on our way down from the Inca Trail. When we had first arrived Machu Picchu was covered in fog, Boris told us to be patient as it would blow over, and it did!
